Mudis (the accent on the second syllable) is the close relative of other Hungarian breeds - Pumi and a Puli. She is a universal shepherd's dog for small cattle.

Till 19 century many versions of the shepherd's dogs mixed up and at all had no concrete name. Presumably, it were various Hungarian sheep-dogs, and also many kinds of old German Shepherds and the shepherd's dogs.

Also the relationship with a German poodle and even the Croatian sheepdog to whom Mudi it is extraordinary similar is quite possible.

Only in 1936 the standard Mudis has been definitively developed also breed has received the present name. Now Mudis it is popular as in the homeland, and behind its limits.

Mudi
Mudi - the universal worker, the friend, the partner, the security guard, a sports dog. It is unusual is clever and is always ready to work. She is a hardy strong dog of the small sizes.
